REFUNDS/EXChanges

With each Nope Sisters product, we include a refund/exchange policy that lasts 21 days. This means that if it has been 21 days since your tee was shipped to you, unfortunately we can't offer you an exchange. 

  • If your product is the wrong size or does not fit properly, we can exchange it for a different size
  • If your product has a flaw or fault clearly created by the manufacturing process, we will happily replace it

Sometimes there are situations where only partial refunds can be granted, such as if the product is not in its original condition (with damaged or missing parts not due to our error) or if the product is returned more than 21 days after delivery.

If you're returning your product, make sure it fits the following conditions:

  1. The product is unused, unmarked and in the same condition it was received in
  2. The product is returned in the original packaging
  3. Proof of the date of purchase is supplied (Email confirmation of order, etc)

We will notify you if your refund or exchange has been approved or rejected. If your item is approved for refund, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 2 days. If you haven't received a refund, please first double check this is the case. Next, if you paid using Paypal contact your credit card company (there is often some processing time before a refund is completed). If there's still no refund, please contact us.
